The Walkthrough is sold through the Apple App Store, so cancellation lives in your Apple Account, not in our app. On iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → The Walkthrough → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then, and we do not bill you again. If you can't find the subscription there, email us and we'll walk you through it.
Two options. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This wipes your account, drill transcripts, and associated session data within 30 days. By email: message [email protected] from the address tied to your account and ask us to delete. Same 30-day window. Deleting your account is separate from canceling your subscription — if you only delete the account, also cancel in your Apple Account so you aren't charged for a new period.
No. When you speak during a drill, the audio is streamed to a transcription model and converted to text in near real-time. The text transcript is what gets used to drive the persona and the debrief, and that's what's retained. The raw audio is processed and discarded. We do not keep a library of voice recordings tied to your account. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what's collected and which vendors touch it.
The Walkthrough is a practice tool, not a compliance product. Nothing the app outputs is legal advice, fair-housing guidance, or a substitute for your broker's review. Real estate is regulated state by state, and disclosure rules, advertising rules, agency rules, and required language all vary — sometimes county by county. You are responsible for verifying anything state-specific with your designated broker and your state real estate commission before you put it in front of a client. Use the app to drill the conversation; use your broker and your commission to verify the rules. This is also covered in our Terms of Use.
Two reasons. First, MLS access is licensed differently in every market, and most MLSes don't allow third-party apps to pull listing data without a per-market data agreement — which would mean shipping a different version of The Walkthrough for every MLS in the country. Second, by design: we don't want to sit in the middle of your MLS, your CRM, your brokerage tools, or your client files. You paste in the specifics of the deal you want to drill; we generate the persona around those specifics; nothing about your real transactions leaves the app to a system you didn't choose. It's faster than it sounds, and it keeps the surface area honest.
Yes. Teams ($7.99 / seat / month, 3+ seats) get a shared scenario library and team-lead activity views. Brokerages get a white-label shell, custom drills tied to your training program, and aggregate dashboards for principals. Email [email protected] with a one-line on team size and what you're trying to standardize, and we'll get a plan in front of you.
Email [email protected] with a screenshot or screen recording if you can, plus what you were doing right before it happened. We get crash reports via Sentry automatically, but the human context you give us is what turns a stack trace into a fix.
